| Ms. Taylor is a Certified Interior Designer (CID) in the State of California and Allied Member ASID with 30 years of experience designing for both residential and commercial properties. She has been educated in design, attaining a BA in Environmental Design with an emphasis in Interior Design. |

Her career achievements include a first place award from the Sales and Marketing Counsel of San Diego (SAM) for an attached home, as well as from the Center City Development for Exterior Renovation of a downtown Victorian.

| Experience includes designing for residences, model homes, corporate offices, professional offices, retail stores, hotels, and restaurants. Ms. Taylor has also served as a college lecturer, seminar leader, speaker, writer, and advisory design council member to San Diego State University's accreditation process. |
